Baristas on LOA—are y’all worried about going back? I am. Tbh I rather stay on unemployment while I try to figure out making making more money on my side business. Or get a safer job that pays equal or more than SB. Because tbh I don’t feel safe going back.

My home base is in NYC and right now I’m back in my hometown in NJ. A part of me was thinking about asking to transfer on or around September 30th and then not reaching out to the new store until a little later like a month or so. I had a partner who did that when he moved schools back in feb so I want to do that too. What do y’all think? Note: if ur gonna hate, move it along because I’m just going to ignore you. I encourage anyone seeing hate to ignore as well.
