I mean don’t get me wrong here I am definitely on your side but to be fair, sending one of these to stores is so dramatically cheaper than an increase in labor across the board.

From what a heard a partner was pushing down the trash with their hands and got pricked by a dirty needle someone left in the can. So I understand where the company is coming from sending out these trash stampers.

It’s funny cause with only 2 people I don’t have enough time to do the trashes throughout the day. We just do a giant run at the end of the night. So thanks for the useless item!

Thanks for this innovation corporate, cuz my hands are useless...even tho I’ve legit been using my hands to push down the trash since day one.... now I have to go to the back to find the trash tamper in order to push down the trash which will essentially do the same thing as my hands... so I will still be changing the trash as often as usual. You really didn’t think this through did you......

A $1 an hour raise for all partners would be $220,000 per hour or say 8,000,000 a week. These tampers probably cost $2 for every store that’s $20,000. Would you rather they invest the $20,000 for a raise? Fractions of a penny. But this will make the job easier and require trashes changed less often.
