I literally just set the cup on the handoff counter and politely explain that ice is the thing that makes a Frappuccino a frappuccino like I can’t make it without ice. Like I can but it’s gonna be disgusting and you might as well just get an iced latte.

Yeah I do this to. On the rare occasion, the customer knows what they’re asking for to maybe do thins like take it home and blend it later...but most of the time they just don’t understand

I’ve heard some people do this so they can add ice later at home and make it themselves
