My manager basically confirmed he wants sales more than safety so sure, let's give out our spare masks to the same people who keep forgetting to come in with theirs. My store is small but in the most disgusting and dangerous areas and our district manager has only given us 3 partitions for out 40 ft long bar. I feel so pathetic trying to follow protocol when those in charge won't take it seriously

It is protocol now to give masks to customers if they don’t have one otherwise we don’t serve them in our space and walk the drink out to them. The contact with a customer is such a minimal amount of time that dealing with a customer and then washing your hands afterwards almost is no risk. I would definitely call ethics and compliance about the partitions on bar because that’s what will knock you out for two weeks. (Protocol has changed for this as well now that a positive test will only self isolate other partners)

If you can, please quit. They arent paying you guys nearly enough. I started with going on LOA but I'm done and gone and being on LOA after dealing with people be so nasty when we're just trying to keep everyone safe really made me realize just how not worth it the job is. Hit the bricks bby if they dont want to have your back dont have theirs.
