I've had some customers not realize that there is no tea in the refreshers. This is a drink I would set off to the side and clarify what she wanted when she arrived. "I'm not sure what exactly you're envisioning; could you walk me through it so I make sure to get it right?"

I didn't make it until she got there.... she was adamant thats what she wanted. That being said she also ordered a green tea with extra caramel drizzle and no ice.. i think her taste buds are broken.
White tea is our 2nd most popular... second only to passion.

Customers love to do the pikachu surprised face when I tell them that. A few weeks ago a woman asked for the “mango tea” and I told her we don’t carry that, she said “I get it all the time!! The one with fruit pieces and lemonade!” I responded with “the mango dragonfruit refresher is what you’re looking for, and none of our refreshers contain tea”. My SM happened to be DTR at that time and she confirmed with the woman that it contains no tea, and the woman was dumbfounded
