If you work at the target Starbucks do you still get all the same partner perks and benefits package or does it go by targets benefits and whatever perks they want to give at that point?

Honestly I would say it depends on your store I’ve worked at two. The first was less busy so I was alone a bit more but it was fine, but the one I work at now is busier so we usually have at least two people working at a time

i used to and it's almost nothing like the starbucks i work in now. you can probably expect to be alone more than half the time no matter how busy it is there, and no matter how many people are trained for it

According to targets policy, since you’re a TARGET employee you’re technically not allowed to accept tips. I also thank the guest for the offer and say we have a “take a penny leave a penny” system if they’re really adamant about giving you their change. Sometimes if you’re the only one working it can get overwhelming, but I find that it can be more laid back when it’s slow
