I just want to take a moment to appreciate my SM.

He’s new to my store and to the management position, and he’s doing a great job! He’s always open to suggestions to make the store run better, to us coaching him, and he ALWAYS has our backs.

I’ve always enjoyed working at Starbucks, but to know in a time like now (Covid) that my manager has my back against all the evil Karens, it makes ALL the difference.
