there were so many people who we EXPLICITLY TOLD “hey bc of all the mobile orders the wait time can be up to half an hour at most” and they were like ok whatever then yelled at us bc they were waiting so long so long🤕 also our drive times were obliterated and we had to stay almost an hour late bc we had no CS all day

We were 6 parting, 4 parting the last 2 hours and closed at 9. Nothing... and I mean NOTHING got done so we were in literal rush mode the last 30 mins because because people still wanted to see “if they made it in time” 🙄
