I feel you. Luckily my co-workers are all just as cynical as I am.
Talking shit about ALL the customers is an awesome way to relieve steam.

I cry in my car after work whether it’s happy hour or not 🤣 I honestly feel like a toddler crying out of physical exhaustion sometimes 🤔

If you're serious about leaving the bucks there are lots of places hiring. If you like making drinks but feel underpaid, check with your local grocery store starbucks! The one near me pays $3 more an hour than I make. Also, if you have kitchen experience, try looking at a nursing home. I make $6.75 more an hour simply washing dishes there than I do at starbucks, but its only part time.
