Manager and DM are ignoring my texts/calls after I request a transfer due to a family emergency and needing to move back home? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Maybe you can contact a dm in the area you are moving to and explain your situation... you wanted a transfer but your current manager and dm are just completely ignoring you?? I honestly don’t know but report them either way!!! So unprofessional.

Like others have said call DM in area you are moving to. If you need help finding it let me know. Also you can contact PRSC

Find DMs number for the new district you want to transfer to. Call them and tell them what happened. Call PRSC and talk to them. They can give you phone number to the DM and start the process.

Contact them in email. It's harder to ignore things in writing that you both have a copy of.

You also want to contact SMs and DMs where you would be transferring to find a store that has a need for you. Moving is a valid reason to transfer, the 6 month thing is just a guideline that can be waived.
