Holy shoot, I would’ve sworn you guys would make more money down there. I’m in WA (not in Seattle) and baristas here make $15.50. Is socal’s min wage only $11?? Starbucks says they pay everywhere $2 more than min wage.

It depends on what part of CA you are at. In LA they make $15 I think

That is so terrible wtf???? Starbucks replied to a Facebook comment talking about their shit wage saying that they paid $2 over no matter where in the country. I don’t think I could keep this job if I wasn’t paid over min wage, we deal with too much BS.

That is horseshit the min wage in LA is $15 and we get paid $15 if they really paid $2 more I would have $17 per hour pay
