Oh yes. I've been doing it every time I get an email, immediately. At this point half of them are just yelling.
Interestingly, a 4/7 should be neutral but the one time I gave a 4 I got a short answer "why do you disagree" and my note just said "I don't think you understand what 'disagree' means; 4 is neutral because I'm too fucking exhausted to care anymore"
