Use the SM approach in the field guide for inspiration for what should go into your PDP. It should be specific to the needs of you, your store, and your district. It helps to know what your DM expects from your PDP, since they're the one that will look at it and make a judgement about where you are in your development.

Think about what qualities do you need to work that would make you a successful SM? leadership? organization? business analytics? Training and developing partners? What projects can you do in your store to develop those skills?
