i'm loud and simply tell them to please put on a mask :( it's so annoying to monitor customers! i shouldnt have to watch them and annoy them into submitting or leaving by asking several times to put on a mask

Ugh, I just had a conversation with one of my store managers (we have two co-SMs, this is the less than favorable one). He said we can remind them, but can’t police them about it because “we’ll get in legal trouble”. Ignoring the fact that there is a $500 fine in our county for having people not wear masks.

we just aggressively yell “SIR/MA’AM WE REQUIRE MASKS” they get pissed, but we have signs on the door as well as a box of masks as soon as you walk in so you really can’t use the excuse “I don’t have one” because we do! and now you do too!

We first ask them to put on a mask and offer them one if they don't have their own.

If they protest we offer to let the wait outside until their order is ready.

If they still protest we tell them they need to leave and refuse service.
