I really hate when people ask for refreshers with little ice or no ice and one day I just want to fill it to the regular lines on the shaker and leave the cup partially empty and just say I can’t change the amount due to standards. Like honestly making the drinks aren’t so bad but it’s just the customers who order them who are. Also if you ask for your drink with no ice and then ask for a cup of ice, please reconsider your life choices.

If they ask for a tall refresher with no ice and a trenta cup of ice, I normally straight up ask “so you can get a trenta for the price of a tall?”
