Ahh yes I remember when I worked at a Starbucks and people would ask for Trenta Frappuccinos. I would always tell them that the largest size they come in would be a 20oz. and then they would start bitching at me because other Starbucks would do it. but I’m not like other Starbucks and I do not care what they do 🤷‍♀️

I deadass had a woman tell me that “the other store makes it all the time for me” when she asked for a trenta mocha Frappuccino. I asked which store and she replied “the one in the hospital I work at” and I told her that it’s a franchise and she didn’t seem to care
