I work at a starbucks but would i be able to also work at one that's inside a target? I'm not a shift manager if that means anything.

My manager has made partners choose between working at our store or a licensed store before. Corporate policy was on his side.

You’d likely want to keep it a secret, although I knew a girl who did both. She quit our corporate location after a short period of time because she said the pay was too low for the volume of the store

Handbook policy says you can, so long as you hold a nonsupervisor role at both.
