Yes. We have a couple regulars that refuse to give up ordering the Coconutmilk Mocha Macchiato.

However, the part that really hurts your brain is they not only expect us to know the recipe to a drink that was discontinued before any of us were hired. They *also* expect us to remember their additional modifications/customizations. The sticker that prints out is really hard to navigate.

The cold foam on hot drinks has me up at arms, like just get whip, it is the same thing and we don't charge you extra for it lolol!

we'd get these regulars through drive through (same car) and they'd both get a dark chocolate almond milk foam cold brew, but with different mods. One would get extra pumps of mocha and coconut milk. The other would also modify their drink \*and\* the foam itself so it would be suuuuuper confusing, and get extra foam, of course.

It'd take a couple repeats for us to get the order confirmed at the box, then it would be another round of q&a between DTO & the barista (if they had missed it when it was ordered). UGH.

We have a regular who gets two mistos with like 8 shots and sweet cream and all kinds of syrups, and another who gets a like 12 blonde shot ice caramel macchiato with extra whip in a trenta and she is VERY particular about the caramel and all that and will make you remake it. Always both of them during peak, kill me

This lady gets a trenta passion tea with 8 equals, 8 pumps of liquid cane, and 8 pumps of raspberry. Ill get in the zone and get that drink and be stuck.
