So every once in a blue moon for my Markout I do something a little different. Me and my girlfriend call it "Markout Icecream". What I'll do is Markout a tall cup of heavy cream with whatever syrups I want and then go home and do the Mason jar method of making ice cream with it!!! So if I want some strawberry or matcha icecream I'll add scoops of that in, lots of vanilla syrup, then at home I'll add in a bit of vanilla extract and shake it for 5 minutes straight in a mason jar and stick it in the freezer. Tastes great!!

If you're not into sweets and you don't want a markout you can also markout a venti of just heavy cream, take it home and whip it with a hand mixer until it separates. That's butter and buttermilk baby!! I made fried chicken with the buttermilk at home and used the butter to make pie!!! Just thought I'd share what I do! I'm sure you can find other things to do like popsicles but I hope someone gets excited about it and makes some ice cream. We have so many ingredients at out disposal and I know everyone's been extra stressed because of Covid and happy hour.

If you wanted to be extra you could always mark out like, a cookie or a brownie and crumble it in lol.

You literally just whip it until it separates. It gets stuff and fluffy at first, then right when you start to give up it suddenly starts to rapidly separate into curds of butter and liquid buttermilk. Afterwards you just strain it and the liquid left at the bottom is buttermilk, and what's in the strainer is butter!! Add salt if you want and stick it in the fridge and it tastes perfect lol

You whip the heavy cream past being whipped cream. Eventually it will start to turn yellow, and will separate into to layers. Then you just strain it- the solids are butter, the liquids are buttermilk

How many scoops/pumps do you find is the right amount for a tall? Do the syrups do anything weird to the consistency of thin out the cream?

Oop I'm not super active on here so I'm just now seeing this. I don't think it does much for consistency, just makes it softer. I'd probably say double the amount you'd put into a drink? Just depends on how sweet you like your Icecream really. I don't like it super sweet but my girlfriend does so our ratios differ. I'll probably Experiment more with it tbh.
