Would I be creepy if I cross stitched my favorite barista a portrait like this in his uniform? He's like 19, so sweet and memorized my order from day 1. We chit chat while I wait for my coffee and it just seems like something he would appreciate. It isn't something I'd make for just anyone. (i.redd.it)

I was once given a handmade soy candle from a long haul trucker. It took me a year before I was willing to burn it because I appreciated it so much.

Also, do it for your sake. Doing nice things for other people, that shit feels good.

In my opinion, it would be really sweet to have him show you a picture of them together, take a picture of it, and cross stitch them together. That's just me though.

I've made these portraits before, so I know they can be small. I think it'd make a great tiny frame or even little ornament, and while I'm not 19 or male, I'd 10000% be thrilled w a handmade gift bcs someone thought enough to make me something

As a former barista, it would have absolutely made my day to receive a personalized gift like that! As adults, we so rarely get graced with random bits of joy, and I think this would be a very sweet way to appreciate him.

Depending on how strict your location is on dress code, I suspect this is unlikely. I can't even wear my own pronoun pins because they aren't Starbucks Brand Pins. (I have the Sbux pronoun pins but I hate them.)
