Does this price differently as an almond milk vanilla latte with chai syrup instead of chai as base bev? Still never going to be $5 in most places anyway.

So, there’s a huge price discrepancy between a chai with added espresso shots (dirty chai) vs a latte with chai added. Despite the fact that they are *almost* identically made.

With regulars, I will sometimes take the time to show them the difference and tell them how to order it correctly.

Sounds like her regular Starbucks was doing this and not telling her. Effectively, creating unnecessary confusion for everyone involved.

That or she’s just a huge b, already knew this, assumed you were psychic and would ring it up that way without being prompted to do so.
