The vengeful barista in me reminds you to not stir the bean powder, and make sure you only fill it up to a tall amount

bonus points: we dont brew blonde/dark after 10:30ish so they got an americano ^_^

I often forget how different various stores’ brewing schedules/batch guidance are. We brew 1/4s and 1/2s of everything but decaf through till 4pm, then cut blonde out. Dark leaves at 8. Store across town who does twice our business? Pikes only after noon.

i didnt even know other stores did it at different times??? lol it makes sense i just never thought about it tbh

My store cuts blonde and dark at noon but we throw out SO much coffee what with having to brew coffee every ten minutes without people actually buying it

That’s so EARLY to stop brewing blond and dark

really? we hardly get people asking for it after like 11. maybe one or two a week lol. and they usually just settle for a pike/americano

We sell a lot of dark roast. Less blonde, but enough that it’s worth brewing 1/4s through noon

Honestly just reverse the situation. Force the customers to work behind the counter and have the partners be the customers

The best part it’s happy hour all day and every partner drink is free.
