I’m not exactly seeing the problem? A trenta comes with 7 pumps of whatever so it’s not like they went overboard and I see a lot of people add caramel drizzle to their iced coffees, am i missing something?

White mocha is super sweet in my opinion so 7 pumps of it plus heavy caramel drizzle and heavy cream seems quite excessive to me

I mean yeah the white mocha is sweet, but I guess it just seems within the realm of any other drink we make. I know we don’t make iced white mochas, but a venti has 6 pumps and there’s a good enough difference in size I don’t feel like it’s crazy to add one more pump. I’m also of the “I only like coffee/espresso when I can’t taste that it’s coffee/espresso” camp, so I completely understand where this customer is coming from. Also, I eat an absurd amount of sugar daily and haven’t gotten diabetes yet, so I’m just going to keep doing what I do 🤷🏼♂️

at my other store we used to have a customer come in every friday night and order a venti iced coffee in a trenta cup with 15 pumps of vanilla, extra extra EXTRA caramel drizzle (if any of the cup was uncovered he would ask for more), extra whipped cream, and 6 honey packets on the side. along with a trenta iced water to wash it all down.
