If you have a mobile order. There's no line. You don't want to go inside. PLEASE stop at the god dam speaker and check in. It is the most annoying thing in the world when some jackass just rushes right through the speaker. Calm down, you are not the most important person in the world, you'll be fine telling me your name in the 5 seconds that it takes for me to answer you. Please.

I didn’t know mobile orders could be picked up at the drive thru (I’m a customer who lurks here to ensure I don’t do asshole things that I don’t realize)

Yup! Go to the window, say you have a mobile to pick up for your name, then they'll usually tell you to pull up to the window. I used to LOVE getting mobile orders through drive thru because it was a nice break from not hearing people with their orders haha

It’s also a hella safety hazard. My store has a sharp curve right after the box, and there have been partners who have almost gotten hit because they’re doing a drive slide or something. But alas, Jared’s mobile Pike is more important 🙄

Yesterday a lady who doesnt speak english very well decided it'd be better for her 7 year old son to order, so she pulls forward a little more.
"I want a bacon gouda!"
"Im sorry, we're out of that"
Then the 7 yo boy would say something to the Mom, then he comes back and asks for another sandwich we're out of. Then he asks for a bacon gouda again.
Then after I get their drink order, they come to the window. After I hand them their drink, the Mom said her son wants to ask a question.
He asked if we have a bacon gouda.
"I want a bacon gouda!"
"Im sorry, we're out of that"

I’m petty and if there isn’t back to back cars when someone does this we all just walk away from the window and let them sit there for a while. You didn”t stop at the speaker.... we don’t give you immediate recognition. I then go to window and say “oh didn’t see you there..... you’re supposed to stop at the speaker or else we don’t know a car is sitting here! Haha”
