Figure what things you always talk to managment about and that never get resolved. Think about how were paid minimum wage- not a living wage. Think about how in the best case, you look up to a benevolent tyrant to run the store from the top down while taking your interests into account, and often, at worst, not getting any say in any decision making process. Think about how our managers got bonuses for keep their stores open as long as possible before shutting down for all of a month, then throwing us all back out to what? Sling five frappuccinos a minute to a bunch if bloodless psychos?

Maybe a Union isnt the right answer (it is) but neither is continuing like this.
