If it comes to it, quit. It's not worth sacrificing time at school for this job.

You can adjust your availability, find a store to transfer to that can support your availability, or you can quit.

At the end of the day, SMs have a business to run. If your new availability doesn’t align with what the store needs, SM doesn’t have to accept it. You have 3 choices:
1. Adjust your availability to meet the store needs as much as possible.
2. Find a store that will work/could use your new availability and transfer there.
3. Quit

Are you on block scheduling? This happened to me too, I wanted to come in at 2:30 instead of 1:30 weekdays due to school but my manager said he couldn’t do that (despite accepting it three weeks prior) due to blocks.

I don't see why that would be an issue though? We have partners come in at different times during the block but everyone leaves at the same time usually or the get off before the block ends
