I just found a google review where someone wrote about me in a bad review for one comment I made without knowing the context. This is why I hate having my name displayed and why I’ll never speak aloud without my headset again. 🙄

No but I’ve had 3 customers complain directly to my manager about my attitude problem 🙄
Personally I feel like it’s all in their head, because Yes I’ve been mean to customers but not to these specific ones that complained about me
