She ordered a Venti strawberry açai, peach juice instead of water, with no ice, no inclusions: in a separate cup, dragonfruit inclusions.
Came to $7.06
Got to the window “is it too late to make it trenti???” (Because none of these picky customers can say the sizes despite their very specific drinks)
Okay, that brings it up 30 or 50 cents
“I’m excuse me, last week I got this drink for $7.06”
I explain that it’s $7.06 for the Venti, not the trenta, she doesn’t accept this, so I explain that the peach juice is .80, the different inclusions are like .50
“Oh, well then I want it venti”
I change it back to venti, back to $7.06
“But when I ordered at the speaker you said I would pay $6.50”
Nope, sorry, it’s $7.06
She tried to get her friend in on demanding the lower price too🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Eventually she paid while giving me the stink eye

Ahaha I love when they send their friends in thinking it’ll make a difference. This girl was a little rude but nothing new. She ordered and paid with cash. During a small rush after she got her drink, she asked if we could give her change for a $20. We explained we can’t give cash from the register unless there’s a transaction. She got mad because she already paid with cash a few minutes ago and claimed it still counted as a transaction. A few minutes later she sent in her friend who asked for change for a $20. Wtf we can’t do it regardless of who tries lol

Ahahah why don’t they understand that we don’t make the rules? I also love when Starbucks changes the prices and regulars get real pissy with us before we can explain
