Throwaway because I’m super embarrassed but how do we finish iced teas??? And how do we prep the water for cold brew? And, iced coffee gets full hot bar pumps and cold brew gets half pumps right?

Iced teas get hot water to the litre line, wait for 6 mins, then the tea bag is dumped, add a venti scoop of ice and fill it up the rest of the way with cold water.

Water for cold brew is half ice, half water. Mix with a whisk, then refrigerate.

Debatable. Depends on who you ask from what I’ve found. My store actually just recently stopped “chilling” then. But Starbucks wants us to put ice in a bucket of water, and then place said bucket of water in the fridge to cool it. As for me and my store, we just cool it. Because uhmmm WHAT.

It depends at my store, if we need a keg immediately then we mix it with a venti scoop of ice. Granted TX water is hot even when it’s “cold” - if we’re not needing kegs immediately we can just put water in and shove it back in the fridge

Oh we don't have a keg system at my store, do I still have to prep the water
