Hey y’all! I’m a new barista and I was never told how to make the iced matcha tea lemonade...
could someone please explain the steps/ recipe on how to make the drink?

Are you a Canada partner? If so, the recipe is lemonade, water, matcha, and liquid cane.
If you are an American partner it is the same thing without the liquid cane because American matcha is half sugar.

In a shaker, lemonade to the top line, ice, scoops of matcha, shake. The ipads in the store have EVERY recipe and their exact scoops/pumps/etc. Check a store iPad during a 30 or before or after a shift. One of the apps has all the recipes. Ask a shift manager to use the iPad and if you need help finding the recipes
Edit: in a pinch, the register also kinda shows the recipes to the right where it mimics what you would mark on the cup if handwriting them. If you have a free 15 seconds, type in a matcha lemonade and just look at the different numbers scoops for the sizes

I know the scoops of matcha, it’s the ratio of water, lemonade and liquid cane...

The lemonade is already diluted when we make it and generally only teas and standard refreshers come with water. Coconut milk and juice drinks don’t. Liquid cane is only automatically in iced teas. (The lemonade is sweet enough without liquid cane, that’d be really sweet) I made the mistake of putting liquid cane in pink drinks when I was a green bean lol. And like the other commenter said, refer to the register when in doubt and you don’t have time to search through the recipe cards. Or ask another partner.

Alright I googled it. Half lemonade (to the tea line), half water (to the water line), add scoops of matcha (2/3/4), add ice, shake.
Doesn’t look like there’s any liquid cane, but that’d be a good option to suggest if someone wants it sweeter

Idk I haven’t looked at the recipe in a while. Look at the iPads. I’ll do the same on my next shift lmao
