My store is testing out curbside this week and I’m dreading it. We’re definitely going to be understaffed (we just need 1 more person per shift but nooooooo) and evening more so you can’t even see the parking spots from the bar. Ugh you know?
Update: It’s tomorrow. It’s supposed to thunderstorm. I hate that my manager said yes to this dumb idea.
Update 2: it’s very bad. And now all the employees are mad at the manager for saying yes to curbside.

As someone who's had it for a bit, it only gets worse as more people figure out how to enable it for their order. The parking lot is literally right outside our door and I can get 5k steps in a 2 hour block of warming/handoff/curbside since our staffing levels mean one person has to do all three and absolutely drown since it's enough work for 3 people. I consider it harder than (solo) bar on a busy morning
