what a milestone dude!
yeah, i'm not happy and i'm extremely uncomfortable.
my SM didn't kick the guy out either even though after the remark to me, he commented on our youngest barista and was loud and obnoxious in the lobby. like you'd think any of those would warrant an ask to leave.... especially the first one... but nope, i guess not.
once my shift came back i was like PLEASE do not leave me again because i do not want to be alone near this guy (when i say alone i mean without a higher management).
ugh. today was fine until then :(

IM SORRY, WHAT?!? HOW IS THE SM EVEN ALLOWING THIS?! Also, sorry that you experienced that today. :( SM in situations like that should have your back. PERIOD. When I first worked at Starbucks there was this creepy 60 year old dude that was a regular, he would basically try to start random awkward conversations with young female customers. Then one day he tried to follow a 13 y/o girl to her home but fortunately she pm hid in our store so he wouldn't know where she lived and he was banned instantly. My shift supervisor was PISSED but also happy that this creep was out of our store finally.

my SM doesn't like me so she wouldn't have my back in these kinds of situations. sounds awful but i'm just used to it at this point. as for my shift, she can't go over the SM when the SM is there so that's why.

Your SM is trash! Call the pcc if you wish, as that man was disrupting the third place. ANY form of harassment to baristas also is grounds to have a person removed and banned.

Bruh what? Your SM should have at least sense that something was wrong when he or she saw you nervous around the guy. If someone havent mention it then file a incident report
