Ooof that’s going to be difficult. I wish you good luck but becoming a shift in the same store would make it harder for the other partners to take you more seriously, also they have had more years in the bux then you, so either some of the partners may be salty about not being chosen to be a shift or they’ll think that you’ll have no clue what you’re doing and you’ll mess up their rhythm, of course this is only possibilities and I’m sure you can be a good shift but it’s very possible it won’t be received well by some other partners. If you were to at least become a shift at a different store they would take you more seriously especially since it would be their first time working with you.

The moment one of my fellow partners became a shift at my same store, she really was given a very difficult time by other partners and on top of that our SM would be to hard on her and the SM excuse is because he expected more out of her, which is why it’s not a good idea to become a shift in your same store
