I started at DT so I got used to it like pretty quickly, however I do understand that DT is a totally different beast compared to cafe Starbucks. Mall kiosk must have been pretty busy pre pandemic also and I’m not a shift but one suggestion I would tell you is in order to multitask efficiently in a DT, you must first gain a rhythm of things.
