hi there, i recently got a job at starbucks and my manager said that once my background check has cleared she’ll email me with my training schedule - however it’s been about a week and i haven’t heard anything back yet. i checked the status on my background check and it says that it typically takes 57 -67 days... is that true? is this type of wait typical?

Hi! I’m new, just started two weeks ago. I know my store schedules 3 weeks in advance so it might take a couple weeks to get on, and my background check took about two weeks to go through.

It took a while for mine to come back (like 2 weeks I believe). Sometimes it takes few days, sometimes it take a week or longer. Just be patient. You can always call the manager and ask them about it.

It took like max three days for me so I’m not sure why it’s taking so long. If you haven’t heard anything by tomorrow, call!
