Reminds me of this regular that we have. “I want extra caramel, but not a lot. I also don’t want it touching the bottom of the cup. Also, if I taste too much roast or if there’s any excess caramel, I’m gonna ask you to remake it til you do it right”

We have a regular that also gets mad if caramel touches the bottom and I’m like. I’m sorry I don’t control gravity I wish I could that would be cool.

I have a regular that ONLY wants caramel drizzle on the bottom of the cup. He also comes through every day saying “I just want my usual” like everyone in my store knows what it is??? At this point just bc I’m petty I say “sorry idk your usual” every time.

Just remember if she asks you to remake three times, you can inform her if she wants you to make it a fourth she’ll have to pay for it. It’s store policy and a good one at that.

Yeah and then the three ice cubes melt within the first seconds. Like why even get ice. People are so ridiculous.
