Today we had a woman mobile order a latte and I tried to hand it to her and she said “this isn’t mine I ordered an iced latte” and I wanted to say soooo badly “no you didn’t here’s your drink enjoy”

Oh, I gladly show them where it says 1 of 1 and no you did not order a pastry, or no right here it says grande so that's why I made the size you requested and paid for or nope, you sure did ask for it hot, not iced. They are literally inputting the info and it's 100% on them if they mess up!

depending on how they respond to me like if they’re nice i offer to remake their drink but if they’re totally rude you take your drink or pay for a new one and wait! ;)
