i am convinced that no one that works at starbucks knows how to actually make a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. every time i go to a store that's not my own or one of my co workers makes my drink, it's different every single time...idk if this is something that everyone experiences or if im just being overly critical. im honestly not even sure if i make them the right way....

No your not being overly critical. It happens a lot. I’ve had to coach multiple people I work with how to make it right, numerous times

It's because not everyone has cold bar pumps for vanilla or knows that it's supposed to be cold bar pumps

We put up a cheat sheet at my store for the cold foams/specialty brews because nobody could remember. Im not ashamed to admit, 4 years in and still having trouble especially when they throw a new one in
