Well, to update this, a bunch of my partners have talked to our SM about it and she hasn’t done anything 😭 so now I really am at a loss for what to do.

I would suggest going to DM or PCC, confronting directly can lead to tensions rising between partners. DMs are much better equipped for these issues.

Document, talk to SM, if SM does nothing, contact DM. This is NOT okay and it isn’t fair for any of you to deal with it.

Go to the DM. They're the ones who deals with this stuff and usually has your back when the SM can't do their job or refuses to in this case.

We had a shift here recently that was like that to us(the night crew), we.. probably didn't handle it correctly but instead stood up for ourselves and unintentionally pushed them out due to being fed up with the inappropriate treatment.. We did have options such as writing written statements to deliver to the GM and DM though, a few of us used them, if you can talk to that barista and some of the others about writing a statement about the treatment they've received and send them to your GM and DM it could have an effect.
