Oh I am so jealous!! I am the warming queen at my store and used to do that until we got our remodel case. Now I’m sad as well as hot...😔

There’s a fridge compartment in the pastry case? Is this a standard thing? I enjoy doing warming but get so overheated.

Is it the “usual” one hey the shift is responsible for cleaning the pastry case? It’s been this way at both the stores I worked at. If so, why? Don’t get me wrong, I kind of like to clean it. Just asking
