I think a lot of people are feeling the same way. It's been exhausting.

I don't know how many laws of physics had to be broken to make fewer weekly hours feel like SO MANY MORE, but I bet there's a Nobel prize in store for whoever figures it out.

We are also destroying our pre-covid sales rn with absolutely no support from the company.

We all feel it! My store just made more money last week than we did for our grand opening week. Consistently making up to 1000 more in sales daily than projected. Still being told we are spending more on labour than what we are earning. There’s times in the day we get 40-50 customers every half with only a 4-5 partner play (and needing to run breaks). The last few months has really made me lose faith In this company.

I cried today too. I literally walked away from the register to go downstairs and cry today. We feel it bby 💚

I keep telling myself I should quit for my mental health (literally had a breakdown in the middle of peak today). But I gotta pay for shit and they’re just running us ragged. They expect one person to do the work of two for barely above minimum and with the expectation of impossible times
