I had 6 whips cream nozzles fall off into my drinks 6 times in less than an hour the other day when that had maybe happened once my whole career. I was about to blow my brains out 🙃🙃🙃

I like the kid in the background staring lol
LegendBourbaki [OP] 9 points 2y ago
The kid asked if he could have that caramel that dropped and found it funny and gave him caramel in a cup

Bro, the ring for that frap roast pump needs to be replaced. It’s spewing over
LegendBourbaki [OP] 5 points 2y ago
I cleaned the entire bar like 15 min after that

We have the same issue with the pump at my store. Which ring needs to be replaced?
is_it_soy 3 points 2y ago
When you disassemble the pump, grab the spout. If you look at the bottom you’ll see that there’s a ring around the bottom hole.

I forget the details, but there’s either a blue or brown plastic ring. Whatever yours has, use the opposite color one.

Even when we just replace the ring, ours still drip
is_it_soy 1 points 2y ago
Here’s a quote from someone else who answered this question a few years ago.

“This is correct. For chai and frap roast, that o-ring should be white and flare out at the bottom, not the top. For all other sauces, it should be blue, and flare on top.”
is_it_soy 1 points 2y ago
For clarification, which ring are you referring to?
There’s a ring that creates the seal between the spout and another piece. That’s not the ring I’m talking about.
There’s another smaller and thicker ring that is attached to the bottom of the spout piece.
