Is working at a Tarbux and corporate store allowed? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I remember hearing it was considered a conflict of interest years ago but is that a current/enforced policy?

One of my coworkers worked at a Tarbucks and our corporate store. So I don't if there is restrictions but obviously, she didn't like working at the Tarbucks

My manager made one of our partners choose between our corporate store and a grocery store Starbucks kiosk last year, so I would say yes.

The thing is when you work at a Tarbucks you're an employee of Target, not Starbucks. You'd have to go through the usual hiring process at a Starbucks.
