I’ve quit jobs before and I’ve always given a two weeks notice. But damn y’all. I am at the point where i just want to text my SM and say “hey, thanks for everything. Btw, my last day is next Sunday. Bye”
I’m just so tired of it all and I’m so sad because I LOVE my partners, but the store is literally in shambles because our SM is...for the lack of better words: awful.

2-3 week notice... So that way it wouldn't screw up the current schedules that were released, and screw over my other partners...

I gave a 2 weeks written notice the first time I quit. The second time I quit effective immediately
