Lyra Benefit (self.starbucksbaristas)

Has anyone actually used Lyra? How is it and are you able to get prescriptions? I have severe bipolar depression and bipolar disorder that have been untreated for about 2 years now (from lack of insurance) I’ve noticed some symptoms getting worse lately and I’m just wondering how Lyra works, what I need to do to get started, and etc. Glad Starbucks has it as an option. Please help :)

lyra just covers therapy, not psychiatry, so unfortunately you won't be able to get prescriptions. you would however be able to get a referral from your therapist i bet! and i highly recommend it. it's really easy to get set up (i just googled "starbucks lyra" and found what i needed) and therapy is IMPORTANT. i wish you the best of luck

Lyra is amazing. My therapist would cost me $120 per session but it’s all covered and really easy to set up. They don’t cover any of the drugs though, just therapy.

yeah it's seamless but only 20 sessions
