We had a homeless lady who’s been trespassed and is reminded everyday but continues to sleep outside and sit in our drive thru panhandling almost fight balls to the walls with a police officer during peak. I was afraid. :)

Someone ordered a Double Filet of Fish and I didn’t even know that existed.

One time I was opening and I opened the drive window and found a singular raw hot dog sitting on the window ledge. I was still half asleep and I just stared at it for a while in shock not knowing what to do with it

This happened at my store at least 4 times this summer. I'd ask "what the hell is wrong with people?" But after working at starbutts I convinced that 1 out of every 2 humans are just garbage people.

Our store’s AC is broken so I worked my shift in 95 degree conditions. Our computers crashed because they overheated so we had to close our store early.

Yesterday I opened at 5am , my gm scheduled me as the only ssv and only three baristas. We had done atleast 4500 by 10 am we open at 4:30 . Then the pm ssv called in so I worked 5am-7pm . Then we have a regular that always comes at 5till close and never tíos or anything so this morning he came in and cussed out the morning ssv saying that us closing early caused him not have his night routine complete . So yes I had an eventful day myself

We did 6400 by 12 pm.

Our lobby is closed and we have a designated door person who hands out the drinks to the mobile people. Mobile was really crazy and this lady got impatient. She walked in, looked in our drink area, and screamed, “My drink is right here!! It’s all melted now!” And walked out.

The customer was probably waiting a long time, but there is no excuse for that behavior. I just felt horrible for our green bean who was the one handing the items out, she was shaken up :(

We found needles in our bathroom and also some crazy writing on the mirror, basically about how the world is going to explode and get sucked up by a black hole.
