This is a list I've compiled as a closer by memory, sometimes I'll write it down so I can communicate what tasks need to be done and are done:

Coffee Station dishes

Urnex an Urn

Oven station dishes

Clean ovens

Clean bar 1

Clean bar 2

Hot bar sinks

Hot bar pitchers

Syrup stands, syrup bottles, and sauce container wipe downs

Blenders

Cold Bar Sink

Cold bar shakers/blenders

Behind Counter, Back of house, front of house floors

Bathrooms

Pastry Case

Wipe counters

Rinse coffee urns

Tea pitcher dishes

Clean fridges

Condiment Bar/Lobby

Backups (Mocha, White Mocha, Dark Caramel, Chai, LTO <right now, PSL>, Java chips, Matcha, Cloud powder, Vanilla bean, Golden Ginger, caramel drizzle bottles, whip creams)

STOCKING:

\- Cups

\-Lids

\-Sleeves

\-Fridges

and finally, make the store look as untouched as possible (including but not limited to wiping down counters, taking out old rags, touch ups, etc)

EDIT: the curse of a closer. I keep revisiting this list and thinking, WHAT AM I FORGETTING?!
