Hi, I recently (1 week) started at a Starbucks that's within a grocery store. I've been going through standardized training with the book and the binder, which I assume is normal. I have not been given any login information for the partner hub, any information on Starbucks employee discounts (I do get my 10% grocery but it doesn't apply to our Starbucks or most things tbh). Should I ask about this? Is this normal for locations that are within grocery stores? Is there someone who is in a similar situation that could let me know? I know there are lots of other places with them inside grocery stores.

Yeah, you don’t work for Starbucks. You work for a grocery store that has a Starbucks. So the discounts and benefits that are given to Starbucks employees are not given to you.

You're at a licensed store, so you don't have access to most of those things.

Licensed store = no partner hub, no starbucks employee ID, no starbucks discount or markout.

You're an employee of the grocery store, not of starbucks.
