Dude I had a customer want his drink at 200 and anouther at 195. Like wtf!

I have this one customer who’s daughter used to be SSV at my store (she got transferred for being a rude bitch)
Anyways, the customer comes in all the time and asks for her drink at 190 degrees, and she will literally insist that it is not hot enough unless you make it 3 different times. She also drinks out of the cups to see if they’re hot enough and leaves the unwanted cups on the hand off plane like a PIG.
Anyways the most recent time she came in, she saw my manager and said “wow *insert manager name here*, you’re getting fat.”
I can see why her daughter is such a rude bitch, the Apple don’t fall far from the tree!
