paint pens for name tags? (self.starbucksbaristas)

hey y'all, what's good. just wondering what (permanent to semi-permanent) paint pens y'all use on your name tags. i've picked up doing art again as a side hobby, and so i want to be able to change up my name tag each week, but the chalk pens we use for basic daily stuff scratch off way too easily. thought about either using paint sharpies, or uni posca paint markers. any ideas/recommendations?

I bought the Crayola paint pots in the kids art section and they actually work great 😂😂 i sprayed underneath with a sealant and then painted over the top and it sticks really well. I do minor touch ups about once every other month.

i use uni posca paint markers for my name tag! it hasn’t scratched or come off a bit at all

I use acrylic paint pens and seal them with triple thick sealer
